Prsr Realty ("we", "our", "the extension") is a Chrome extension that analyzes real estate listings using AI. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we access, how it is used, and what we do not do.

What We Access

When you click the extension on a supported listing page (Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, or Trulia), our content script reads publicly visible listing data from the page, including:

• Property title, price, and address
• Property details (beds, baths, square footage, etc.)
• Listing description and agent information

This data is sent to our server for AI analysis and is not stored after the response is returned.

What We Store Locally

• Subscription status — whether you are on the Free or Pro plan, stored in chrome.storage.sync
• License key — your ExtensionPay license key for payment verification

No listing data, analysis results, or browsing history is stored locally or remotely.

Third-Party Services

• Anthropic (Claude AI) — listing data is sent to the Claude API for analysis. Anthropic's privacy policy applies.
• ExtensionPay — handles subscription payments via Stripe. ExtensionPay's privacy policy applies.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not collect personally identifiable information
• We do not track your browsing activity
• We do not store or log property listing data
• We do not sell or share any data with third parties
• We do not use cookies or analytics trackers

Rate Limiting

Free users are limited to 3 analyses per day. We use your IP address solely for rate limiting purposes. IP addresses are stored temporarily in memory and are not logged or persisted.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
